This notice explains what TheFanClub collects on this prelaunch website, why we collect it, and the choices available to you. The public website currently consists of our early-access page and Club Room magazine.

Information you choose to provide

If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address so we can manage early access and send relevant launch updates. HubSpot processes and stores the waitlist submission for us.

Website analytics

Google Analytics and HubSpot help us understand visits, traffic sources, page views, device and browser information, approximate location, and waitlist conversion activity. Visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland are asked before optional analytics are enabled. In other regions, optional analytics are enabled by default where permitted, but you can disable them at any time below.

How we use and share information

We use this information to operate the waitlist, understand which stories and channels are useful, improve the website, prevent abuse, and prepare for launch. We share it with service providers only as needed to perform those functions, comply with law, or protect the website and its users. We do not sell waitlist email addresses.

Your choices

We honor browser Global Privacy Control signals and disable optional analytics when one is present. You can also review your regional consent settings or disable optional analytics below. Browser controls can block or remove cookies as well. To ask us to remove your waitlist information, email hello@thefanclub.ai.

TheFanClub is intended for adults 18 and older. We may update this notice as the service develops; the effective date above will show the latest revision.
